1. Bidder Registration: Although there is no obligation to bid, all prospective buyers MUST register in order to bid at the auction.
2. Personal Property Inspection: Previewing of all merchandise is essential! All items are being sold: “AS-IS & WHERE-IS”. All restaurant equipment will be sold from the first disconnect. All sales are Fina
3. Removal of Inventory: Merchandise/equipment shall not be removed from the premises, until payment has be received in full. All items must be removed within 48 hours of the auction or by other arrangements.
4. Payment: Will be cash, personal check or company check for the amount of purchase only.
5. Absentee bids with a deposit, will be accepted during the Previewing hours if buyer(s) can not attend the auction(s).
6. A 10% Auction Premium: A 10% Auction (Buyer) Premium will be added to the successful high bid and included in the total purchase price, plus AL sales tax. Copy of vendor’s license must be presented for sales tax exception.
